What are some of the commonly encountered knee problems

ACL Tear:
This is a common injury for people who play sports like football and basketball. Even if it seems to heal, it can lead to long-term knee problems.
Fractures:
Conditions like osteoporosis can make your bones more likely to break.
Torn Meniscus:
The meniscus is a piece of cartilage in your knee that helps absorb shock and support your weight. It’s prone to wear and tear and can be injured by a sudden twist of the knee during physical activity.
Iliotibial Band Syndrome:
This happens when the iliotibial band, a strip of tissue running from the outside of your hip to the outside of your knee, is overused or stretched too much.
Dislocated Kneecap:
This is when the patella (the kneecap) gets out of its usual position.
Hip or Foot Pain:
Pain in your hip or foot can change the way you walk, putting extra stress on your knee joint.
Knee Bursitis:
This is when the small fluid-filled sacs (bursae) that cushion your knee joint become inflamed.
What are the Different types of arthritis?

Knee pain can be caused by different types of arthritis, including:
Osteoarthritis:
Wear-and-tear arthritis that affects the knee joint.
Rheumatoid Arthritis:
An autoimmune condition that can cause inflammation in the knee.
Gout:
A type of arthritis caused by a buildup of uric acid crystals in the joint.
Pseudogout:
Similar to gout, but caused by calcium pyrophosphate crystals.
Septic Arthritis:
An infection in the knee joint that can cause pain and swelling.
Other factors that can increase your risk of knee pain include:
Being overweight
Not having enough flexibility or strength in your muscles
Playing high-impact sports that put extra stress on your knees
Previous knee injuries
If knee pain is left untreated, it could lead to serious issues like long-term osteoarthritis, severe pain, joint damage, and even disability.
