Do I Need a Referral?
No problem. Just give us a call at 9007 1085 to schedule your appointment. You can also reach us via email at hello@nofrillspodiatry.com. Please wait for a confirmation reply before visiting our clinics.
If you have a doctor’s or professional referral, please let our staff know when you call and remember to bring the referral letter with you to your appointment.
What To Expect On Consultation?
Patients are required to fill out a registration form and should bring their IDs for registration purposes.
During your initial consultation, the podiatrist will discuss your condition with you in detail. Following the assessment, the podiatrist will recommend appropriate treatment plans and explain the necessary steps to facilitate your recovery.
Before proceeding with any treatments, the podiatrist will outline the process and provide information about associated costs.
It’s recommended to bring a pair of shorts or ¾ pants, as well as your most frequently worn footwear, particularly sports shoes, to your appointment.
Getting Prescription insoles, What To Expect?
- Consultations with our podiatrist typically last between 15 to 30 minutes. During this time, the podiatrist will assess your condition, conduct an interview, and explain your diagnosis. They will discuss treatment options and provide insights into what to expect during your recovery journey.
- Depending on your needs, a biomechanical assessment may or may not be necessary.
- If you decide to proceed with the recommended treatment plan, our podiatrists will begin designing custom orthotics for you.
- We advise patients to wear or bring shorts or ¾ pants, along with their most frequently worn footwear, including sports shoes.
- Once your orthotics are ready, we will contact you to schedule a fitting and reassessment appointment.
- You will receive an Orthotics Advice Sheet detailing instructions for use and warranty information.
What Should I Wear? Can I Walk After The Session?
- Yes, since the procedures are non-invasive, you can walk immediately after each session.
- Please wear comfortable footwear and bring spare slippers in case wound dressing is needed.
- Wear shorts or 3/4 pants to facilitate the podiatrist’s assessment.
Will I Be Pain-Free After My Session?
Our goal is to minimize pain during your treatment. Depending on your condition and the number of sessions needed, you may experience some discomfort.
What Mode of Payment Do you Accept?
We accept payments via Cash, NETS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, and Union Pay. DBS and OCBC Credit Card holders can opt for 0% interest instalments for periods up to 6 or 12 months (excluding DBS AMEX).
