FAQ: Health Insurance For Podiatry In Singapore
During your first visit, your Podiatrist can provide guidance on whether your insurance policy covers your in-clinic charges.
Please note that approval of claims is at your insurer’s discretion and is subject to their final assessment according to your policy agreement. If your claim is not approved, you will be responsible for covering the full expenses.
What Does My Insurance Policy Cover?

My Insurer Has Confirmed That I Am Covered For Podiatric Care. Does This Mean The Entire Cost Will Be Reimbursed?
Your insurance claim’s approval is ultimately determined by your underwriter’s final assessment. Even if your policy document indicates full coverage, it does not ensure complete reimbursement. Always be aware that the final decision rests with your insurer after they evaluate your claim.
Do You Accept Letter of Guarantees? (LOG)
We cannot process LOG/GOP payments currently. Patients must pay in full at our center and seek reimbursement from their insurer.
Regarding Consultation Fees & Podiatric Services Insurance Coverage:
Your insurance policy document should specify if Outpatient Podiatry Consultation, Assessment, or Services are covered. Please be aware that all claims are subject to final assessment by your underwriter.
